As Chief Executive Officer at salesEQUITY, I oversee our sales, marketing, and business development efforts. Prior salesEQUITY, I was the General Manager of Adroit Digital (MediaMath Company) and held numerous leadership roles at Akamai Technologies.

Outside of work, I enjoy shuttling my three boys to their hockey, lacrosse, and football practices, and listening to live bands.


Tom Cates
Chief Client Officer

As Chief Client Officer at salesEQUITY, I’ve established a research-based approach to uncovering the true value of a client relationship. As counsel to a wide array of industries and organizations, I help companies tackle real issues like market research, customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty, process improvement and change management.

I’m also an author of three books and a recognized speaker, known for my natural storytelling ability that inspires audiences to achieve better client relationships.


Eric Hedman
VP of Engineering and Chief Technical Architect

As VP of Engineering and Chief Technical Officer, I oversee our engineering and product management efforts. Prior to salesEQUITY, I’ve held senior leadership positions at a number of early and mid-stage technical startups in the Boston area spanning streaming music, mobile image recognition, financial services, and cloud hosting.

Outside of work, I enjoy photography, youth sports, and cycling.


Kelly Challenger
Vice President of Marketing

As Vice President of Marketing, my role is to ensure salesEQUITY is top of mind with customers and prospects while generating qualified leads for sales. I’ve spent the past 20+ years marketing hardware and software in the enterprise B2B space.

When not working, you will find me spending time with family, watching football (I’m a die hard New England Patriots fan), or walking my dogs.


Kristen Hall
Digital Marketing Specialist

My role here at SalesEQUITY is to strategically generate creative digital marketing campaigns for you to better understand how our technology is a no-brainer when it comes to increasing client engagement. I mean, who doesn’t love data? I make the most of my free time by going to concerts, eating all the food, and being spontaneous.

Aoife Carroll
Customer Success Manager

My role at salesEQUITY is to guide our customers through their initial platform launch, and to be the go-to person for problem resolution and system navigation post-launch. I want to ensure that our would-be Trusted Advisors know they have their own Trusted Advisor on hand so they can make the most of the tools and data our system provides. 

In my spare time, you’ll probably find me cooking, or researching recipes for what I’m going to cook next!

Customer Success Manager - Launch Specialist

I’ve always been passionate about helping people use technology in order to be more efficient and productive. At salesEQUITY, I am able to do just that by getting our new customers set up on our product by working with them closely for their initial launch.

When I’m not working, you can find me playing bocce, gardening, or hanging out with my two cats.
